Pros:

Easy scripts integration and the presence of some of the brightest people in the industry to help along the way.
Functionality above the standard UI gives PPC managers using Optmyzr an advantage over ones that don't.
Ease of use compared to other larger platforms like Kenshoo or Marin.
Incredible customer service that is nice, reactive, efficient, and always listening to suggestions and comments.
Nice reports can be quickly produced.
Budget pacing feature which helps show if you're on track for each ad account's monthly budget, or over/underspending.

Cons:

The interface seems to be begging for renovation as the current version fails to adapt with fashionable interface design.
Billing in USD can be a problem for users in countries with weaker currencies.
There is no Facebook ads integration, so separate reports need to be made.
Can be complex at times and that can be a bit confusing.
Very small accounts won't benefit much: the more data, the more time you save and the more this tool becomes a necessity. It really shines when you go 500-1000+ ads/keywords/etc.
Report tool a bit clunky and not very customizable for specific needs (however, this is subjective, as more language customization may be needed).
